The Kimberley campus, which became part of ATI in June 2019, has a rich history dating back to 1973 when it was established as the De Beers Technical Training Centre. Today, it is home to 350 learners and offers accommodation for 200. The KZN campus, located in the tranquil Oribi Gorge area of Port Shepstone, offers training for up to 60 learners with accommodation or 36 students. KZN provides training across a wide range of engineering artisan trade qualifications (apprenticeships & learnerships) including:

ATI’s Kuruman campus offers professional training for up to 80 students. Although there is no accommodation available, Kuruman provides training across a wide range of engineering artisan trade qualifications (apprenticeships & learnerships) including:
