The Artisan Training Foundation (ATF) emerged from the remarkable success of the Artisan Training Institute’s (ATI) donor-funded programme, a transformative initiative partnered with leading national and international organizations for over a decade. ATI, proudly recognized by the United Nations University as the technical skills training provider for the Gauteng Regional Centre of Expertise, has empowered over 22,000 artisans through its state-of-the-art campuses in Roodepoort, Kimberley, Port Shepstone, and Kuruman. Through ATF, the Donor-Funded Programme has further enriched the lives of more than 1,600 learners. Together, ATI and ATF are dedicated to delivering accessible, world-class technical education, uplifting individuals, and fostering thriving communities.
